Paint Sealants

I am using UPGP on my wife's glacier blue CR-V, and I'll probably use it year around. It looks good, and it's just so darn easy to apply, which counts a lot on a large vehicle. I do not know if it looks as good as or better than, say, Wet Diamond or NXT or whatever; but it looks good enough for me. Nor do I know what it's durability is, but given how easy it is to apply, I do not mind topping off every 6-8 weeks. I'll just have to wait until winter to see how long it will last on this daily driver. The manufacturer promises three to four months durability, perhaps longer. We shall see.

I got 5 months out UPGP last winter. Mild winter by Philly standards, but the UPGP held up well and was still holding up when I stripped for spring cleaning. Mind you, this was three coats done over three days for time to cure. Car was also not a daily driver, maybe four time a week for local stuff, but was parked outside 24/7.

Nothing wrong with Liquid Glass.

The concensus here seems to be that it's a bit finicky and

not really worth all the effort when there are other products

that do the same thing with much less hassle.

UPGP will be my go to summer paint sealant from now on. Maybe year round...

It really meets all my needs.

I just miss dipping into a nice jar of soft nuba' now & then.

I just ordered some UPGP

I am the odd ball, I have EX-P. I put EX-P + DWG + M26 on my new met grey Ram. It looks very nice.

EX-P by itself was nice and slick, very reflective shine. I know it is no the most durable, though.
