I'm going to detail a truck for somebody in a week or so.. the only thing that I'm wondering about is that it used to be a work truck, and has paint overspray on it. It just looks like tiny white speckles all over it. so small that you don't notice them untill you get up close. The trucks paint is in ok shape, just a lil oxidised and swirled (nothing the pc can't handle)
Someone told me that laquer thinner can be used to take the overspray off, but won't hurt the trucks paint as long as you get it off pretty quick.. what do y'all think? should I give it a try, or just try to clay/buff them off (unlikeley, been on there for years)
Thanks,
Jimmie
