I don't use a gs with onr, no nap, it sticks to the paint almost on me, anything with a decent nap is a much better option imo.

Sinner5 said:Agreed. I'm really happy with my GS on regular washings, but I really don't like using it with ONR. for some reason it almost has a "suction cup" effect on the paint and I really don't feel comfortable pushing it around.

Sinner5 said:That can't be the issue. The car only leaves the garge on weekends and is consistently cleaned. I have probably only put 1000 miles on it since last claying and it hasn't seen any harsh conditions. The paint is smooth like butter.

In short, it turned my salt-covered black car into a big mirror. Worked great!
BigAl3 said:nice little write-up. you gotta love how soft the GS is (even softer when wet) and how easy it rinses clean as well... :2thumbs:
BK_DC said:Thanks, BigAl3! I never would have thought to even try a GS -- or ONR, for that matter -- before reading the raves on this forum.
I know it's old hat around here, but I still am shocked at how well ONR works. And the GS seems like a nearly perfect media for it, considering how well it rinses.
