I was asked by two different people who purchased older cars with smelly interiors, how to get rid of the smell.
I told both of them to take the car to a professional to have an ozone treatment, or buy a new interior. Both have attempted to clean the cars, and neither want to spend the money on the ozone treatment. I have seen or smelled either car, I am not sure I want to either.
Any inexpensive methods to remove the smells. Sprays, cleaners, deodorizers?
A little background:
One car smells like popurai<sp>, cigar, men's and womens collenge and pet smells. Also, the smell of cleanse-all, the cleaner used to attempt to sanitize.
The other has a smell of garbage and urine, with vanilla air fresgner spray smell.
Any advice would be appreciated.
