New painted panels are cloudy, hazy with certain light, help! pics inside

You shouldn't use a sealant or wax on it until the clear cures. Didn't we say that already?

It has been 2 months since the repaint. The body shop recommended 30-45 days before a seal and I made sure with them before I did anything. The paint is under lifetime warranty and they said if it fades or I am simply unhappy with it, bring it back to them and they will do a blend for free.

There are definitely swirl marks, but there might also be sanding scratches. Like trippman says, hit it with a white pad and some 106. If there are scratches remaining, they're probably wetsanding scratches. If this is the case I would have the body shop buff them out, and you finish the panel by removing their swirl marks. If you're comfortable polishing them out, it will need a 3 stage polish, wool with Powergloss followed by SIP with orange foam, then 106 or 85rd with a white foam pad. Good luck.

There are many shades of black. The person mixing the paint can easily overpour and produce a browner black. I would show this to the body shop. The swirls are fixable, the poor color match isn't!
