If it is the orange rotary from HF. I have one and it does get Hot. It may be fine for spot polishing, but for use on a whole vehicle you may need gloves.

Well the post is about a used Black & Decker from Ebay. 4 amps and 2 speeds? B&D tools are absolute garbage and a used one is even worse. I had a B&D angle grinder and jigsaw both break within 2 weeks.
