Garry Dean
Garry Dean Quality!

First of all, I would like to personally thank all of the people at 3D that made time to spend with me talking shop. With so much going on, the whole crew really went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The team at 3D International is really a class act.
I would like to thank Tunch and Juan for giving my Control Clips an opportunity for success. I am very happy to have 3D as my first major distributor. I am sure this will be an awesome partnership. This is the type of company I have always wanted to represent my product. I feel truly blessed.
Tunch Goren – In a word… Wow! There are very few words that can accurately describe the noticeable passion he has for his business, his employees, people, and the future of the detailing industry. Tunch is a very busy man and specifically set aside time for me to talk to me about my business, share stories, get to know me, and show me around his factory and offices. That really meant a lot to me. It is very rare that I meet someone whose passion about detailing and the business in general meets the passion I have for the same. It clearly shows in all that he does that there is a reason Tunch has been in the business for over two decades. Tunch is very dedicated to making not only his products world class, but he makes it a point to ask questions and get involved in the business side as well. I am positive that the kind words of encouragement and tid bits of advice that he shared with me that come from many years of his personal experience will come in mighty handy in my business expansion in the months to come.
Ben – They guy behind the scenes… We all know him from the forum, but he is such an awesome person, in person, as well. Very intelligent, very involved. He is the quiet type, but a very good listener. That’s Important to me since I like to talk a lot…
Mel Craig – Clearly passionate… Mel was very busy while I was at the factory. Meeting after meeting, running around, testing new products, etc. Through all of that, he still made time to talk to me and listen to my concerns about waterless washes and the perception of potential clients. Overcoming initial resistance is a huge problem in the industry with waterless washing. Mel and 3D are on a mission to make waterless washing not only the easier, faster way to wash, but also the best way. People are afraid of change. He showed me his technique and explained some facts about microfiber towels that I didn’t even know. Mel made so much sense in his explanation I was blown away. I think the addition of Mel Craig was definitely a smart move for 3D.
Thanks again, 3D for making my trip to California an enjoyable and memorable one.
To all of you forum members reading this, keep your eyes on 3D guys and gals, they have some amazing stuff up their sleeves! New products are soon to come and definitely impress.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
Now for a few pics! Sorry, I had no time to shoot any video.

Ben!

Detailers line up at the beginning and the end of the day to purchase deionized water from 3D.

I will start another thread with pics from the rest of my trip.
