thanks for waiting!! Go ahead and criticize and congratulate all you want now :)

Also, suggestions are welcome, especially with regard to products that work well on this kind of deep rich blue.

I guess about 12-16 hours total, 4 3-4 hour sessions. It was nice weather, I didn't mind :)

Most of the time was spent with the SMR, that is a real terd to do by hand, Blackfire products go on and off by hand so easy it is comical!

that second bead shot is teh awesome man. Are you educated in the ways of photo?

-Chad.

I guess so, I am a engineer/physicist by day, but I do have a degree in fine arts as well, so I have some decent skills with the camera...I had the digital on the wrong setting for these pics, I should have taken them much larger...oh well, there is always the fall detailing :)

Thanks for the compliment!

Thanks. Also, what is AFPP? I don't see it in the glossary.

Sorry, Blackfire does not get too much love in the glossary. I typed it out the first time and then just abbreviated each time after that...AFPP is Blackfire All Finish Paint Protection. It is clear liquid, goes on super easy, comes off super easy, and it smells awesome!!!

Looks great dude! The next to last photo on the first page of the thread caught my eye....the rims picking up the reflection of the grass looks awesome!

Nice work! I too have a WRB WRX, it hid swirls well enough for a while but after 2 years mine definitely need them dealt with.

You said 3M SMR was not fun to do by hand? Any suggestions or alternatives for someone else without a PC? I picked up some ScratchX but haven't used it yet, it's been suggested I might be happier with 1Z PP by hand.
