My 2005 STi

This is my 05 STi track and street beast. It has way too many mods to list, but to make a long story short it makes over 400whp on 93 oct. pump.

I detailed it a couple months ago (LSP is CG Jetseal 109) and it seems to be holding up pretty well. I'm going to detail it again shortly and probably try out some FK 1000P but for now just a wash. I did pull off the wheels and give them a thorough detailing though. My process was:

-Remove wheels

-Wash wheels w/ ONR

-Clay wheels w/ Sonus green

-Klasse AIO

-Jetseal 109

And the car got:

-ONR wash

-Megs UQD wipedown

Nice detail, the silver looks great and I love the wheels. Good job man!!!

The only thing that doesn't do anything for me is the wing... I guess if it puts down 400 to the ground, you can put any kind of wing on it that you want.

Thanks :) The wing just went on last week. The car is a street/track car but it's becoming more and more track oriented. I have a roll bar waiting to go in, as well as a set of fixed back Recaros that are replacing my reclining seats and 6 point harnesses. I'm gonna need another car as a daily...

A very good looking STi! I would have to agree with Jason though, the wing is too much.

:lol That wing is tame compared to the stock one!

GOod looking STi, what turbo? I'm guessing 30-35r if you're 400 on pump.

Very nice STi! Sorta wish I could have bought an STi, but I couldn't find one in my price range, so I had to do with the Evo... Oh darn!:lol

Nice Dan, love the new exterior mods :)

He is on a GT52 turbo (Element Tuning). Keep it up, see you at a track day this season hopefully.

Thanks man, you gonna bring the new honda out to some events?

And yes, it's an Element Tuning GT52 turbo. Basically a GT30R compressor and turbine wheel in a TD06H housing so it can mount in the stock location rather than rotated.

Sold it, going 335i hopefully :)

beautiful car! I love the way the WRX side skirts look on an STi - you've done great exterior mods!

Pete

Thanks everyone...before/afters probably wouldn't have been too dramatic since it wasn't that dirty to begin with and silver especially doesn't show much dirt.

Car looks good. Where in MD are you from? what type of driving events do you do, if any?

I live in Bethesda right now but I'm probably moving into DC soon. For the past few years I've just been doing HPDE events but this year I'm waiting to see how much free time my schedule allows. I'd like to either get my competition license and do some time trial events or do the instructor's school so I can instruct and do some events for free.
