My 2005 STi

Looks great!!!

Just don't understand the wings put on those cars. The F40 can technically drive upsidedown with it's wing, can this car do the same?

Good looking STI!!!

If you want a functioning wing on a boxy sedan, it has to be that tall to catch the air coming off the roof.

Form follows function.

Yep, unfortunately the only way to make any downforce on the rear of this car is to run a big, tall wing. Because of the boxy sedan shape, all of the clean air is up near the roof line. I'm going to do some testing but I may even find I need to get taller risers and raise it up a bit. Not to mention it's directly in my line of sight now so taking it a few inches higher would solve that problem as well.

I snapped some better pics today, much clearer under the lights. This is in the shop I work for.

Thanks Martin :) You actually turned me onto a few products that are now my favorites, like Menzerna and Clearkote. I use CMW on most dark color cars I do now and it looks amazing.

boxy sedan or not, big (keyword functional) wing = big downforce = high speed grip in corners.

Again, sweet Suby. Glad the GT52 is working out for you. Right now I'm a toss up between that or the GT30R.

Nice Suby . I own a 04 STI putting some nice Numbers down as well. For the money you can get a better HP... $$ deal . Love to take Porsches ... You have to enjoy the little things in life ... jajajaja

Yep, it's fun to fly by cars that cost 4 times as much on the track :D
