Menzerna SIP and 106FF = Holy Grail!

Now what to top the combo of SIP/PO106FF/PO85RD with?

Thinking Jetseal 109 and then Pinnacle Souveran as LSP or what about Zaino Z5 possibly on top.

Thoughts????

When you look at the difference in cost between Souveran and Z5, I will take Z5 all day long, I don't care what color it is. Z5 lasts and Souveran won't.

Thats a good point, I've never found souveran to last that long

So after my Menzerna process what Zaino products would you use? Just top with Z5 and then possibly Z8?

And do I need a sealant or will the Zaino do the trick?

Z5 is a sealant, even tho its says polish on the bottle. Yep. after Menzerna just hit it with Z5 and Z8 is an otion, totally up to you.

106FF/FA is not limited to just cars LOL. my nephew borrowed an xbox game (they all play live online everyday) and he asked if i could do anything about the scratches (shirt/paper towel inflicted swirls) because his friend said sometimes it wouldn't play. so i grab my G100 and a 5.5" white pad with 106FA, and within two passes (held the disc in my left palm flat) with the G100 in the other. most all the scratches are gone and it now plays! :D

That's hilarious! :chuckle:

On black Z-5 looks best. I use PO85RD. Followed by Blackfire Wet Diamond. I have said I never use a sealant because of looks. Wax has been my choice until BWD. It is awesome! Great looks!

Ok I have been doing some research. Why z5 instead of z2?

I was originally going to purchase the Meg 105/205 combo but have been hearing that Menzerna products are easier to work with and provide just as good results.

Would the Menzerna SIP/106FA or the SIP/85RD be the equivalent of the Meguiars combo? (I have several black cars that need major paint correction, something I sure the 105/205 would take care of)

For our brand new Audi's, could I use the 85RD with an LC White pad to remove any light swirls and add that extra umph then follow it with ZAIO on a LC gray pad. Is ZAIO even necessary in this situation?

For the cars that need major correction, I was going to do the 105/205 combo, then hit it with the 85RD with a (LC gray or blue pad?) to add that extra umph! Then follow with ZAIO?

I've finally figured out my LSP combo and thought I had my paint correction combo figured out, but after reading more threads (especially several complaints about Meg 105 being hard to work with sometimes), I think I'd be willing to shell out an extra $10 for the Menzerna polishes. Most our cars have the scratch free ceramic cc which I heard Menzerna is great on.
