!!!!! Meguiar's Lab Sample "d"!!!!!

My wife Lynn is going to be selling some autographed bottles of NXT Tech Wax on eBay starting in December.



The money will go to a charity.



I don't have any more specifics at this time.



Here's an interesting story though,



The guy who owned the black Mini Cooper at last weekends Mini-Cooper Day at Meguiar's, has been using Perma Plate weekly on his Cooper since it was new.

you will see a number of before and after pictures on pages 2 and 3. Note the swirly, hazy look his black finish has in the before pictures.



After doing nothing but applying the NXT Tech Wax using the PC/W-8006 combo, and then removing using a microfiber polishing pad on the PC, the owner asked if he could purchase some NXT right then and there.



I told him the truth, and that was, the only NXT I had was the NXT in the three bottles we were all using in the garage that day.



I told him we would be placing some NXT Tech Wax on eBay starting in December, and he said, "Phooey", and told me he didn't want to mess around with eBay, he just wanted some Tech Wax to maintain his black finish.



He then offered me $200.00 for a bottle of NXT Tech Wax and he was serious.



NXT Tech Wax is not a miracle wax. How long it lasts is always going to be dependent upon how the finish is treated after application, and the environment it is exposed to.



Here's one thing it is however, it's a beauty wax.



It makes paint look good.

The owner of this racing BMW came by today to make arrangements to have the exterior detailed and the engine compartament detailed for the 2004 Bimmerfest.



I quickly buffed out the hood using NXT Tech Wax and then removed using a bonnet and while white paint doesnt' show dramatic differences, the paint looked better and so did the stickers and it left no white residue.

Hey now! Don't pick on me, I'm...like a detailing legend around here. Well maybe not. BUT I did come up with the cause of why one should not use Simple Green: impotency.

I think auctioning off a "years supply" of the full NXT line would be nice (the carwash, QD, and of course the wax) -- and an autograph(s?) from barry meguiar and maybe one of the other more famous people y'all are endorsed by (I think I remember hearing about Jay Lenno? ;) ) :D



also I dunno if there is a promotional poster or something of that nature but perhaps an autographed 24x36 poster of the people who autograph all of this holding bottles of NXT wax to hang in the garage :up
