looking for a product for a with a matte Finish for tires with longevity. Seems like zaino has many follower and I've look at optimum tire bond but it seemed a bit shiny for me still. Any recommendations guys?

I really have come to like Black Magic Matte Finish on my Michelins. It is not too shiny and lasts for weeks. The other benefit is it is cheap and you can pick it up at Wally World.

Put it on with a swipe and two thin layers works great. No sling as it dries to touch.

+1. Good stuff.

If you can still find it Michelin tire shine is amazing, I have also had good luck with Meguiars Hot Shine spray, I spray it on, let it soak for a bit and wipe it down with a damp rag or an old pad on my PC

thanks guys. I'm new to detailing cars and was never into the glossy type finish. They I was doing some research and saw that some people had matte finishes on their tires. I'll be looking into the zaino, pb, michelin, and workstat.

I picked up two bottles of the Black Magic Titanium Tire Finish at Wally World on clearance, and I wish I had bought more. I can't speak for the durability yet,but I love the finish it left on my tires.

Zaino Z16 and Surf City Beyond Black are on my list of products to try eventually!!

I much prefer the natural look that a matte finish gives as well and have been using DG 271, Duragloss RBD (Rubber & Flat Black Dressing) and DG 253, Duragloss TMD (Tire & Mat Dressing). 253 will last 6 or 7 washes including scrubbing w/ a stiff brush and car detergent soap come wash time, while 271 is a little more durable for me. Bonus: 271 is fantastic on exterior black plastic as well - lasts for months w/ no streaking or running.

Another black magic matte for me.

Love the stuff. Do a good wash on the tires and then put 2-3 coats on and you dont have to put another coat on for about 3 weeks. looks great too.

Gloss It signature tire gloss is an excellent product, leaves a deep matte shine. You can make it wetter by adding more coats if you want too

303 Aerospace, two coats. Both applied in cool, shaded areas.

Excellent UV protection. Also, doesn't gum up your wheel wash mitt, because it's not made of slimy petroleum distillates.

If the above poster thinks the cars tires in his photo above my post are matte, he should have his eyes checked.
