Making a Black cars paint POP?

I have a black Suburban and I use AIO and Souveran and VERY happy with results and it does pop!

About a month ago I did a full exterior detail of My Black car using a PC and the following products:

Blackfire Clay Bar

Menzerna Intensive Polish

Menzerna Final Polish

Blackfire Polish

Blackfire Paint Protector

I noticed two things, one I did not get rid of all the swirls & scratches I wanted to so I will be trying some 4” pads next time. Secondly while the car looked nice, I did not get the real POP I was hoping to get. I know real wax will make the car a little nicer, deeper/richer in color, but since I don’t have time to wax as much I try to stick with the sealer wax. I will give the car 1-2 details before winter time and I will probably using Klasse Sealer Glaze for the winter.

My question is what can I do differently to get the car to POP? Do I need to use a Glaze, two coats of the Blackfire Paint Protector, or top off the Blackfire (or the Klasse) with a real wax such as PS21?

THANKS.

OK guys if I want to give the Nattys Blue a try instead of the P21S then where can I get some to try? Sorry but I am not familiar with it so I have no idea where to buy it. As far as the Souveran it always sounds real nice but I can't get myself to spend that kind of money on wax.

My LSPs formula on my black car is AIO+ WG X 3+ spit shined Souveran. Does the trick for me.

Go to a Harley Davidson dealer and give S100 a shot. That's my plan once my Souveran's gone.

Optimum Polish to prep, RMG to glaze and a quality carnauba or the new version of EX w/carnauba should make you very happy. Maintain with Optimum Car Wax.

If you are looking at getting just the Blue Natty's, you can get it at www.poorboysworld.com . You can also go there and click on "Find a Poorboy Distributor" and see who's closest to you. If you are going to go with the RMG/BNatty's, then you might want to try either http://www.pakshak.com/ or http://www.specialtymotoring.com/ .

I just finished up my black 2000 Acura 3.5RL yesterday and it came out beautifully, though I feel there could be a little more pop to the paint (others have praised the results, but I've never really been impressed by Honda paint). I clayed the entire car and then buffed a few badly marred panels with 3M Perfect-It III Machine Glaze and a medium cut pad (DeWalt rotary), then the entire car with the same type of pad and a different machine glaze (local distributor, similar product sold on DetailKing) and made another pass with the same product and a finishing pad. I sealed with one layer of Klasse SG and 2 days later washed again and topped with P21S. I don't have any great pictures but one of the front end can be seen here.
