Jimmy Johns is just around the corner from me, but I've never been. My in-laws are itching to go so I'm sure I'll be there sooner then later. Ever been to Hot Dog Johnny's in Jersey? They're (the in-laws) are convinced its unbeatable.

Ok. Yeah. I've been to Hot Dog Johnny's. If I recall the hotdogs are huge. For some reason, I like Jimmy Johns better.

I cooked some Beef Tenderloin last night. I like the Char Crust rub and then sear to give the exterior a nice slightly crunchy char and then slow cooked until medium rare.

I need to spend a couple weeks down there just to eat with Ron. Last night I cooked up some Ribeye's using the afterburner method. Light coals in the chimney, wait until they are fully lit and the flame shooting up then put the grate directly on top of the chimney and cook the steaks over for about 2-2.5 mins per side. Perfect char on the outside and rare all the way through. I need to get a picture next time.
