not a great pic... But something I made today. Grilled vegetable terrine with olive pistou, arugula salad and Asiago black pepper lavash. In the terrine is heirloom carrots, roasted red and yellow bell peppers, asparagus, eggplant, tomato confit and portobello's- set with a tomato water aspic, wrapped in squash and zuchinni(broiled)).
Didnt sell well any but I thought it came out nice.
