For wheel wells on customers cars & especially trucks I use the tire shine from the Dollar Tree store. I put it in an old paint sprayer that I hook up to my compressor.
32 oz is a dollar and 1 bottle is enough to do 5 4x4s ( big ) tires and wheel wells... Its also great dressing for lower grills and under bumper air dams.
Also being water based it dries and doesn't sling.
The sprayer it comes in works but isn't great so if your going to apply it out of the bottle swap out the sprayer.
I been using this about 2 years now and have great feedback because its not to blingie on the tires.
