Lake Country Pads Gone Bad

I used these pads today. The were soooo much better than my other 6.5! Way better ease of use.

Greg: are your new pads pictured variable contact??? I also have the same BP and they look like a nice fit. I'm just a litter weiry of going to a bigger pad, because the PC isn't the strongest machine and i'm afraid a larger pad would put a decent amount of strain on it after a full day of polishing. Anyone have problems with these largers pads??? If TOL doesn't get the newer 6.5" pads than I guess i'll opt for the bigger ones.

*edit* I was just looking at the pictures closely and they are vc.

What do you mean by variable contact? I used these pads and they work so mcuh better than the 6.5 inch pads. They are bigger but just an inch. I dont think the PC will have any trouble keeping up with the pads or the detailer hehe. I would definatly recomend getting the bigger ones. Plain and simple they worked alot better for me the smaller ones.
