It's Football Playoff Time!!!! Let's Talk!

Whew! That Eagles game almost gave me a heart attack!!!! :nervous2: It's going to be a tough game next week against the Saints!

How about that botched snap with the Cowboys?! :wow:

Once again, the AFC shows that they are pretty much the dominating force in the NFL.:sadpace:

That was sad. Felt so sorry for Romo. This was one of those few seconds in football where only one guy is to blame. Wow! Perfect snap, all he had to do was put the thing down :( He's going to have nightmares about it for awhile.

Please...is this guy's 15 minutes up yet?

Typical Giants. Losing in the final seconds as the opponent marches down the field. I could have scripted it. In fact, I turned the game off and went out to eat because I knew this would happen. I heard on the radio in the parking lot of the restaurant that the Eagles scored.

Thankfully it'll cost Coughlin his job. I'm sick of looking at his face on the sideline every time the Giants mess up.

Arrrggghhhh!!! I still feel the butter knife that was lodged in my heart when Romo bobbled the snap. But let's be positive, at least he's dating Carrie Underwood or Jessica Simpson or whatever chick that Fox decides to record him talking to.

Whoever wins the Eagles/Saints game will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. I really think people still underestimate what the Eagles can and will do. Who knows it could be a rematch of the Eagles/Pats with the Eagles winning this time.

If Pats take down San Diego they are going all the way!

More like after the Boltz beat the Pats, they will win the Superbowl.:bolt

Sorry, but this is the best Chargers team ever, and they will go all the way.

Agreed.

I find it very disturbing that people (including local) aren't giving the Eagles no chance at all to win! This is going to be a very tough game for both teams. The Saints is a very good football team with a very good coach, but so do the Eagles - with more postseason experience........

May the best team win! :up

Lost to the Raven's once and I see it happening again. :cooleek: If they can even beat the Pat's.

Sorry AJ. The Eagles played great and it was the most nerve racking game I've ever watched. We didn't understand the reasoning behing not going for that 4th down play either

I am ecstatic about the win and New Orleans has never had a team to feel this way about. I’m fairly confident the Saints will represent the NFC in Miami.

Who dat? :woohoo:

It's pretty funny over on the Eagles message boards and on sports talk radio. Everyone is screaming that the game was fixed. That there were alot of suspect calls made in the game, and that they purposely gave the Eagles a short work week after the Giants game. I don't know, but I do know that the Saints played a good game on all sides of the ball. Deuce pounded the ball very well against the Eagles bad d-line and the Saints' d-line man- handled the Eagles' so called dominating o-line (having the fullback Tapeh out really had an impact on the run game too).

But, it was a very good game. The better team won. I wish the Saints and their fans good luck with the Championship game and on.

Next year, they get Kearse, Mcnabb, and some other key players back from injury. If the Eagles fix the d-line and the linebacker position, a un-defeated season would not suprise me.
