Is this the same as the Gilmour Foam gun for $15?

Nah, I dont think that I did buy the horse shamoo. That was the item # right next to the foam gun pic in the magazine and I put it right in the keyword search.

Ehh, I just had my gf look up the item # again and I put it in and it brought up that exact same thing. If it is horse shampoo, then I need to have a talk with the people that run the website and tell them how damn stupid they are for putting the pic of the sprayer beside the item # for horse shampoo.



I'll have to figure this out.
 
I just called them and the lady said that that is what I was getting, the foam gun part on the picture I showed. I told her that there are other places selling this for much more and she said that it did not matter, what I was getting is this product.



I will just wait till it comes in and we will see. I have the magazine in hand, and that item # is right beside the picture of the foam gun. There is a whole page of Mane and Tail stuff, and that is the only pic of that, and that item # looks to be correct.
 
Do you plan on claying your horse after washing it? LOL, just kidding. I hope you get what you expect.

At any rate, that is the other (slightly cheaper, IIRC) Gilmour gun, which no one on here seems to like. I kind of like the idea of plastic metering parts that can't corrode like the brass ones, and also that it has a numbered dial instead of the cryptic "which hole am I in" brass metering bar. If that one can really be had for ~23 shipped, I might be in to try one to accompany my other model.
 
I bet maybe you are getting the shampoo bottle that has the sprayer attached to it. I just looked on Tractor Supply's website and they have that on there for $13.98. I'm going to try and stop by there tonight and see if they have the foam gun.
 
Brandon..if you get that gun for that price,,thats a great deal..I hope you do...I like the setup on that one...just dial your mix..no bar to slide.....I have a Orhto sprayer like that I use for weed killer and insecticide....and its very durable..I have had it for years..so do not let the all plastic construction fool you..it will last....



Glad you got a good deal....I bet you will have lots others going there to get one now...lol....

I am calling again to make sure, this cant be right. There is a sprayer with shampoo in it that just hooks up to the hose, and this is the deluxe sprayer.



I hope this is what it is, if not, then sorry for foolin yall. Kinda makes me feel a wee bit dumb.
 
Checked with another CS rep and she says that the one in the picture is the one I will be getting for $15.90. It shippes today, the only thing I can do is just wait for it to come in. When it does, I will be sure to let everyone know if it is an actual foam gun, or horse shampoo.



Hopefully it's the foam gun, b/c I feel like they will have a spike in buisness from the auto community if it is.

OK, I'll pick it up this evening - - I revserved one.



The girl in the store said the phone's been ringing off the hook in the past hour about it... :grinno: ...wanted to know what's going on.



I made them look at it in the store and it is a spray gun + shampoo in a qt bottle. Price is $16 total. Don't know what I am going to get for $16, but we'll soon find out ;)
