Ok, so it's not the right gun. What should I do next? Should I wait until my package arrives and complain that it isnt the right one, should I just call tomorrow and tell them what happened, or just forget about it.



I dont like getting something for nothing, but I do think I am at least owed paying the shipping back or something like that. This is a huge mistake on their part, and I should not have to be the one to pay for the wrong thing b/c they cant get the picture right. And they need to fire the 2 CS reps I talked to, they evidently were smoking something or to lazy to get thier asses out of the chair to get up and check if it was the right one.

Ok, my third CS lady. She says she is sending me the return label anyway and crediting the charge back to my card. She is calling a supervisor to see if they can get me the right product since that is the one I was looking for.



I hope to talk to somebody high up so I can tell them that if they sold this thing for like $30-$35, they would have hundreds of orders TODAY!

Well, I'd rather be "empty-handed" instead of my wallet being $16 lighter due to some piece of rubbish.



FWIW, they have 1st class customer service...no issues/concerns with getting refunds.

No, they were very polite and insisted that they credit back my full $23 and still try to find me the gun to send to me for my troubles. I dont really care if they send me the foam gun, I dont want something for nothing I end up feeling guilty.

I'll tell ya, I watched the entire video and started to get wood! Check it out, right around 5 mins 55 seconds things really start to get good and they show the bad boy running thru the paces. Very impressive. I think I might "need" one of these

Would have also been interesting to see if the vendors selling the Gilmour guns would drop their prices. I mean they'd have no legit reason to sell them for more considering their pretty much the same gun.

My brother in law and his wife use mane n tail shampoo and conditioner. Its meant for both humans and horses. I used it for a week when we visited and its pretty nice shampoo, i didnt care for the conditioner.
