The 205 would be my choice since it is a white car. On a darker color I would go with the 85rd with perhaps a white pad. Menzerna Power Finish is my favorite for one step. It is very versatile when combined with different pads. But since you don't have any on hand, the 205 is a reasonable substitute.
a one step is a one step , a cleaner wax or a cleaner sealant. Useing 205 and then a wax is a 2 step.
To the OP, did you get to work on the wife's RAV4?
Also, something I thought was a bit odd and if anyone has any input please let me know. I used two white pads for the entire vehicle and cleaned frequently because of what looked like dirt collecting on the pad. I clayed the vehicle with Meguiar's Professional Blue clay and I was still able to remove what looks like dirt:
