I'm not really familiar enough with #82 to make that call. But it wouldn't surprise me (but note that it's basically non-abrasive, at least the MP has a *little* cut). *I* don't think the PP/MP really fill in swirls all that well; topping them will a "heavy" wax like #16 helps a lot in that department. FWIW, #16 over Autoglym's SRP is my "other people's cars" combo, but it wasn't among your options. So for swirl-hiding, the #82/NXT combo might well be the way to go.
I based my recommendation (MP/GW) on a number of factors, including how the finish would look, for how long, and the amount of work involved. *I* would still consider topping it with a *very* quick coat of #16- people are always *very* impressed with the beading and it would help the GW last longer.
