How do you DESTRESS?!?!?!!?

Generally I relieve my self of anger/stress each night (Monday-Friday) at the gym for about 2 hours. I work out on a 5 day split and am continually pushing my weight-training to the limit; I throw in some cardio when I feel the need. On weekends I train muay thai, ninjitsu and spar with some buddies.



I have a girlfriend, but as stated, that is a lot of the time the root of the troubles, so needless to say, she's not a member at my gym.
