High quality leather conditioner needed

I need to find some really good leather conditioner, preferrably in a paste. I will be using it on some Mulliner edition Bentleys and Ferraris. I would like to stay under $50 if possible. Thanks in Advance.
 
Another vote for leatherique; great product but expensive (worth it). After trying Zaino's Z-10 for conditioning, I still use leatherique for rejuv. and Z-10 for my conditioning and you really can't get much higher than that. If you need a vendor, feel free to PM me (they're not a sponsor)
 
Sonus Leather Conditioner...it actually restores the "grip" of new leather. Great product. Others mentioned the leatherique too, but I have yet to try it.
 
Another vote for Zaino Z-10 for the best conditioner. And people will be seriously impressed by smell. I have not used the Leatherique (kinda embarrising since I've tried about everything else), but I can't imagine those high-end vehicles needing serious rejuvination.
 
Chemicalguys has a great leather cleaner and conditioner. Leaves the car smelling like a leather store. Great product. Not glossy, more of a matte finish. Very rich.

Allright, that's it. I can't take it anymore. I'm sending mine back - I bought a gallon of the CG and I tried desperately to ignore the smell, but I could not...the smell is not even remotely pleasant. I'm hoping there is something wrong with my batch.
 
Ya, if the leather you're treating is in good shape already I would use the Zaino stuff; it smells better and is easier to use; it'll do a good job on already nicely kept leather too. If the leather is dry or not grippy I would go the leatherique route; it doesn't smell great and to get the best results you usually need to apply a liberal amount (which can make it a little tough to remove later), but it does a seriously awesome job. I almost always wipe down leather with poorboys natural look afterwards for the smell. :)
 
Zaino and Duragloss are the best all purpose leather conditioners I've used. The Zaino is glossy and the DG is more of a matte finish.
 
Being a Halrey guy I have tried lot sof leather conditioners with the exception on Connolly and Leatherique, Wolfgang is my favorite conditioner, seems to give all leather just the right look, not too shiny and not too flat, conditions very well.
 
leatherique definitely gets my vote, its so much easier to apply (depending on method) than the likes of lexol. also hi temps cleaner/conditioner and conditioner were very pleasing to me i only had 2 ounce samples from the vendor but im sure theyd be glad to send you some free of charge for experimental purposes. they sent me about 30 samples and was pleased with just about every one of them. i love the smell of new leather so many of them are appealing to me but hitemps has the best ive put a nose on.
 
Another vote for Sonus Leather Conditioner. It's the best I've tried, period. A close second place is Z-10.
 
Leatherique is the best product for leather that I've tried, and I've tried most products, including Connolly Hide Food.



The only trouble with Leatherique is that the Rejuvinator Oil is an overnight treatment (atleast) if the leather requires a deep clean and restoration.



I guess to answer your question accurately we need to know what you're trying to achieve, and what condition the leather is in.
 
From my experience, I have found Leatherique to be AWESOME on UN-coated leather and Zaino Z-10 is the best for coated leather.

You're correct...Leatherique is primarily for unfinished leather. However, Prestine Clean works extremely well to clean and condition coated leather. The Rejuvenator Oil is exclusevely for uncoated leathers.

How can you tell if a leather surface is coated or uncoated?

That's a good question - but my educated guess (other than the "you can just tell" statement) would be that it would have a tendancy to absorb water/liquid much faster, may even have a tendancy to scuff slightly if you scratch it with your fingernail, and will have more grip/grab to it. Also, almost all production cars are coated.
