If you look at me previous post, I just joined the site 2 days ago, I didn't even know about this site, only found link on the Team Chevelle site. Since I am a car guy and admire a nice finish on any car I started looking around and saw the question. As far as being update on what matter? People B-Sing about their product over any other product, I too can't stand people that do that. I don't have time to read all the post on any site, since I have a life. I know people that say bad things about other products, never once did say anything about any other product that is not my style. My only connection to System One is I'm a user of their product, and have met and talked with the owner of the company.
I'm not spammer, and if someone can't share their personal experience after using a product for awhile without someone getting their panties in a wad I guess I'll delete this site from my favorites and ask the mod to delete my profile. At least on the Chevelle site we welcome new users. Everyone has their own opinon. I guess this isn't a very friendly place.
And if would like to publicly apologize to me, I'll accept it, but I think I'll still limit my presence on this site.
Just one more question have YOU even tried the product?

As far as I can tell, this is just an unfortunate case of a new member "fitting the profile". cachevelle67, please don't take offense. We've had a long fight with spammers and shills, and one of the more common modes of attack is for a brand new member to start praising a relatively unknown product. Older members (and moderators) tend to be suspicious when we see the pattern, because too often in the past, it's been a shill at work.
Hope you stick around,
Tort

From Wikipedia:
Paraffin is a common name for a group of alkane hydrocarbons with the general formula CnH2n+2, where n is the number of carbon atoms. The simplest paraffin molecule is that of methane, CH4, a gas at room temperature. Heavier members the series, such as that of octane C8H18, appear as liquids at room temperature. The solid forms of paraffin, called paraffin wax, are from the heaviest molecules. Paraffin wax was identified by Carl Reichenbach in 1830.[1]
Paraffin, or paraffin hydrocarbon, is also the technical name for an alkane in general, but in most cases it refers specifically to a linear, or normal alkane — whereas branched, or isoalkanes are also called isoparaffins. It is distinct from the fuel known in Britain as paraffin oil or just paraffin, which is called kerosene in American English. Usage of the term varies in other countries, leading to confusion about which substance is being referred to.
Also, you say you 'doubt that it can achieve the kind of finish that a super fine polish or non filling glaze would', which implies you haven't tried it. But then you said 'They have a competitor that has one product that does it all and just as powerful but finishes up nicer.', which implies you have tried it.
So I guess I am curious to know whether or not you have tried it.
Also, what does 'Plus it only just removes clearcoat' mean? Clearcoat is essentially the same paint as single-stage, without the pigment. Anyone that claims their product only works on clearcoat or is especially made for clearcoat only is not being truthful. I don't know that system one, solo or ultrafina make that claim...so I am curious as to where you heard that.
