Good wax for daily driver?

1Z Einszett Glanz Wax ..... easy on, easy off and good durability. I don't think it's available by the gallon.

Since you have some nice waxes for special use, for the others, it's Collinite 845 and DONE. (IMO)

Cool to see an underdog. I've always wondered about Glanz Wax. It's cost effective too.

Buttery Wax lasting 3 months? That's very, very generous IME unless the car is garage kept most if not all of the time.
+1. Buttery Wax is a joy to use (like all Adam's products) but it's a wax-lovers wax and not known for durability. Same goes for the CG version.

If the water is beading on a car, the protection is still there. I'm not talking a slippery buttery smooth feel. That requires upkeep and someone who takes care of their car. Yes, I have buttery wax on one of my daily drivers that I detailed in Feb. The car is washed normally but I don't go over it with detail spray every week and the water is still beading up. Surface doesn't feel silky smooth but the water runs right off it.

Healthy paint will bead, so doesn't always mean protection is there.

Meg s NXT Liquid Wax would do the job , easy on , easy off .

This wax was one of the worst ive ever used lol. I do not touch any Meg's products anyways. I'm going to look into getting a bottle of 845, DP sealant (I have a few of their products and have worked wonderfully, and possibly another choice.

I like "easy more often" - my wifes car gets a wash and spray down while it's wet of Duragloss Aquawax, she then dries it with a waffle weave and she gets good coverage for a few more washes, then she does it again. We buy it by the gallon.

Glen ....

Aren't you a Duragloss Rinseless Wash user?

If so, do you spray the additional Aquawax even though it's already in the Duragloss Rinseless Wash?

The concentration of Aquawax in the rinseless is far less that what can be achieved by spraying it on as a drying aid.

I like Zaino AIO. Goes on easy, comes off easy, has very mild cleaner. last a long time and looks great IMO

Your experience is similar to mine. I used Zaino AIO on a truck that is kept outdoors and it was still beading water 6 months later. I didn't believe it either.

Wife's car, she uses her own Meg's gold class shampoo, but the above is correct, if you are doing rinseless, you still need to add AW as a drying agent if you are using that as your LSP.
