Unless you send back a bunch of stuff for a refund, then you apparently get on their [stuff]-list and the won't send you any new ones...even if you continue to spend hundreds of bucks with them and recommend their BHBs and (over-priced) shampoo to everyone ;)



I keep asking for catalogs to be mailed to me; I ask for them every time I order...but I *never* get one except for the one the shipping dept. puts in with my order :nixweiss Seems pretty crappy since I've been giving them business since the days when Richard answered the phone himself.

I don't have the link, but right after I ordered the DVD, I looked down on the lower right and saw a free handbook. So, I ordered it.

Yeah, it may be their catalog, but it was free and I always like having more catologs and such in front of me so I can see more supplies. Even if I just browse the catolog.



I order everything that is free.lol

That is surprising. If they only realized how much business they've probably gotten through your recommendations on this board..! In fact, you're the one that got me hooked on Griot's soap!
 
Has anyone received theirs yet? I requested mine on the 2nd after seeing this post (thanks RatedG) and it has yet to arrive. Are they delivering by horseback or something?
 
PennyPacker- Yeah, I've told them how I recommend their products on a regular basis...I'm guessing that there's some kind of disconnect within their company. I toy with the idea of writing Richard directly but I've yet to get around to it.
