foam gun for husky 1800psi pressure washer?

Used to have the same one bro and couldn't figure it out because its not the same twist type connection as the karchers so you can't use that adapter that Autobrite makes for it. I stepped up to a gas powered and ordered a foam cannon.

Would this work? Electric Pressure Washer Gun/Hose Kit

'I\'ve got the same electric pressure washer. I bought a foam gun from Justin at\r\nCLEAN4U-Blue Ridge GA - Home\r\n\r\nHad to buy a separate hose that I got from Karcher Pressure Washers, Karcher Parts, Karcher Accessories, Karcher Power Washers and Pressure Washers\r\nand the part number is 4-02010025M\r\n\r\nJustin has 50\' hoses but I\'m not sure if the threaded collar on his is long enough to fit on the Husky which needs a long threaded collar since the fitting is countersunk on the washer. You may want to ask him about it. Altogether it was a pain but once I got it all together it works awesome with tons of rich foam.\r\n\r\nGarbud'

Yea that is the foam cannon I bought. I have it hooked up to a 3500 PSI 2.5 GPM and can't say enough about it. IMO it makes washing a car much faster and is a much more thorough process with the right PW and foam cannon. Also it's so much more fun :D .

Yes you deifinitely need a new PW if you want to use that foam cannon. Unless there is another trigger/wand/hose you can adapt to the Husky that the foam cannon will attach to.

Well it looks like sears sells a replacement gun and hose that might work, but after buying all that it just seems simpler to buy a gasoline husky for 50 bucks more more psi and over 2 gpms.

Exactly what I was thinking. A better GPM is well worth it.

$299 i believe. Thanks for all the help i think ive narrowed it down to get getting that one. A few questions on using it though, if you don't mind. I plan on getting that cam spray foam attachment, obviously id use the pressure washer with it, and alose use the washer on floormats and wheels and wheel wells. Can you adjust the psi on these things down? for like rinsing off cars after foaming them?

Perfect. I actually almost bought that one because it is such a good deal. Its $200 right?

I love this picture, cause it shows the type of gun you need to use the Cam Spray foam cannon. If it doesn't have the type of fitting shown at the base of the narrow lance, the Cam Spray won't fit your gun.

So the cam spray can be used with this PW?

Check your PM's. For some reason I'm not able to leave my reply on the thread.

Well I was able to leave it this time. Let's try this.

Hi,

I own the same pressure washer and here's what I did.

I bought a foam gun from Justin at CLEAN4U-Blue Ridge GA - Home

I then bought a 25' hose from Karcher Pressure Washers, Karcher Parts, Karcher Accessories, Karcher Power Washers and Pressure Washers

The part number is: 4-02010025M

This hose has the long threaded collars that are needed for the Husky unit. Justin sells a 50' hose but it doesn't look as if the collars are long enough to work on the Husky which has countersunk fittings on the washer itself. Get some adaptors at an Ace Hardware so you can hook the hose to the gun and you're set.

It was kind of a pain but when it was done it worked great. Tons of thick rich foam!
