foam gun for husky 1800psi pressure washer?

So the cam spray can be used with this PW?

The pressure washer in the picture in my last post is a great example of a pressure washer gun that will fit the Cam Spray foam cannon. So yes, it can be used with the pressure washer shown in that picture.

Once again, if your pressure washer has the same type of pressure gun shown in the picture in my last post it will work with the Cam Spray foam cannon.

Apologies if this is beating a horse to death, but essentially, as long as the spray gun uses a "standard" female threaded connection to attach to the lance (or any other accessory), it is compatible with the Cam foam cannon?

$299 i believe. Thanks for all the help i think ive narrowed it down to get getting that one. A few questions on using it though, if you don't mind. I plan on getting that cam spray foam attachment, obviously id use the pressure washer with it, and alose use the washer on floormats and wheels and wheel wells. Can you adjust the psi on these things down? for like rinsing off cars after foaming them?

Yes there should be an adjustable nozzle on the PW itself that allows you to adjust the total PSI. The cam spray foamer will automatically decrease the pressure for the foam so I haven't needed to adjust it manually. I will try and post up pictures of how my foam cannon is attached to my PW.

Exactly. :)

Well i ended up going with the above pictured o troy bilt with the honda engine. I tried it out tonight on our back patio and it cleaned everything off very nicely, when it was working. It would run for a minute or so then just die off. Guess i'm going to have to give them a call tomorrow and see whats going on.

how was your water pressure? Take a five gallon bucket and with a regular hose and no attachment, time yourself to figure out a rough estimate of your gallons per minute. Did you have something like your sprinklers or washing machine going at the same time? For some reason that starts happening to me on my electric pressure washer and I know that part of the problem is the low water pressure I have at my home.

Man sorry to hear that, I feel like I gave you bad advice now. I know a couple people who have the same unit (it's from lowes right?) and have zero problems with it. Let me know how it works out.

I dont think it would be the water pressure, i could let the engine idle without touching the spray gun and it would die.

in 1 minuite i filled up 1 12 quart bucket and about a 1/2 of another one, so im over 3 gpm water pressure.

I've been noticing that most of the Honda gas-powered PW's in the $300-400 range do not have adjustable pressure at the pump - the manufacturers seem to think that it's sufficient to include several nozzles with different spray patterns/PSIs. Is anyone running the Cam Spray foamer at 2500 to 3000 psi? The las thing I want to do is spend $500 only to find out that the foam cannon doesn't work or to strip my paint. :wall Thanks in advance for the advice!

The only ones I've seen with adjustable pressure are the triple plunger type pressure pump. They are quite a bit more expensive.

I'm running my foamer at about 3000.

Sounds like I should be good with this pressure washer for the cannon? Thanks!

Got the cannon today, working the next 3 days so next week before I get to try it out.

I was at Ace hardware and they have a nice 32oz spray bottle for $3 that fits the cannon.

Note that it has all the ratios on the side

They also have the 5/16" ID clear tube that you need.
