Well, I just got my first detail job for money today. He has a red f150, and chrome/alluminum alloy wheels. It is a work trucks and he didn't want the full detail. I suggested a basic wash that includes exterior wash, interior vaccum, clean and dress interior vinyl and rubber, interior and exterior glass cleaning, clean wheels, wheel wells, tires, dress tires, and use a sealant. The paint isn't in the greatest shape. It was scratched, and swirl marked to hell. Remeber, he doesn't want the full treatment. Just a basic cleaning of interior and exterior with some protection. I was thinking just clean the outside up and use something like EX as a sealant for the red. Any suggestions, recommendations would be great guys. First detail as a job for money and kinda nervous. I hope I didn't under/over price. This is what I told him I would do:
Wash
Full interior treatment minus the carpet cleaning
Clean all glass
Wheels, wheel wells, and tire cleaning plus dressing the tires
Add a Sealant
Total = $40.00
My products I have are:
UPC
UPP
PwC
EX-P
Natty's
PB's Wheel Sealant
UGE
S&W
S&G
SSR's wont be used in this situation.
Help me out here guys... lol.
