Good advice all around. I had an identical scratched leather issue from an inside the pants holster years ago. The metal clip was exposed and damaged my seat.
Your picture shows at least one deeper cut, but hard to tell. Mine was repaired by sanding and redying the seat. Don't try this at home. Find a good leather guy.

No it is not that expensive to do it yourself. That damage isn't that bad. When I helped Mannheim Ocoee with their leather repair program, that is a lot of what was seen. A Preval, some light sanding, and the right products is all that is needed. Getting a pro would probably be a lot easier and quicker. Something like this should cost over $150.
