Finished garage project pics

Awsome, but the fire extinguisher should not be in a cupboard!!! if ever you need it you will need it fast, it should be very accessible, mine is on the door on the way out, you need an escape route, use the extinguisher only if it is safe.

Like most I hope you never have to use it!!!!

I have that same size and design garage. It's nice not having any beams in the middle. Open concept is a plus for more work area space. I almost bought a silver R32 last year, but bought a new house first. I love those cars and they are crazy little beasts.

Garage looks perfect. Very professional and clean!

Looks great!

Only thing I'd do differently is more storage! I'd need about 50 of those Coleman cabinets to store all my crap. Then put a home stereo system in with the speakers mounted on, or in, the walls, for when you want to hear it in the driveway. TV is not needed, you're supposed to be watching what you're working on.

I like the humidor idea!

Looks incredible!

I plan to work on my garage this spring, don't think I'll get it anywhere near that as it's a community garage that I'm partitioning off, but I will try!

If you could get a flat screen, surround sound, and a small fridge in there, I don't think you'd ever go in the house anymore :).

Great set up. Nothing too fancy or over the top. All very nice equipment and practical. Very I have plans for my garage once the kids get older and thier toys and stuff get down sized.

Wow! Just wow!:bow When I get my own house thats what my dream garage is gonna be like! Great job man!

I'm in the same boat. Living in California makes it damn near impossible to own a home.

You truly have a nice garage. One day, one day...

What did you use for the hot & cold water faucets? How exactly are they hooked up? Is there some sort of mixing valve or do you simply hook up the hose to the hot OR the cold?

Thanks from another VAG Fan

To get to some of the questions:

-Costs of the cabinets. Lowes.com, search "Coleman storage". The prices are reasonable

-More storage. Yes, more is better and I may expand.

-The water outlets. I have hot/cold spigots with quick connects. Pop-on/off when it's time to switch to hot.

Looks fantastic. I really dig the checkered flag design. I have seen a few garage floors done that way and they look amazing.

*reminds myself to clean up garage*
