Ferrari's F430 Spider and 575M

For reasons of client info being private...I can just say that he is well educated and has worked hard. He has a Ford Explorer as a daily driver. The garage is only a two car garage. He arranges the F430 on the lift and parks the 575m half way underneath leaving the second bay of the garage open for the other car. I will see if I have a pic that shows the whole garage...

Most excellent work!!!

Have you tried Menzerna 106ff/RMG mix? IMO it finishes down better then FPII. Green propel P2 pad.....

I have RMG but never tried 106FF. I will prolly order the blackfire versions or maybe just the 106ff in the spring. During these details I didnt want to use RMG with FPII because I knew I was going to use Zymol HD cleanse before applying the Zymol Ital wax.

ital2 Wax "Formulated" for Ferrari's soft paint. Formulated for them or not, this wax produced a liquid shimmer, wetness and clear depth I havent seen with other waxes excluding the other estate glazes.

Oh my I almost missed this post. I've been reminded again HOW stunning a Zymol can be with red. This has gotta be one of the best examples I've seen yet!!!

Absolutely perfect looking!

The EG glazes need to be applied by hand, no? I am thinking about ordering either the concours by Zymol or Souvern :nixweiss Also, what are your thoughts on HD Cleanse...I use menzerna productline (IP->FPII->FTG->FMJ), where would it fit in, in place of the Final Touch Glaze?

The way I have learned how to use the EG glaze is as follows. Put a small amount/chunk about half of your finger tip size in teh palm of your hand. Rub your hands together to melt the piece of wax. Then gently spread the wax on the paint using back and forth motions in a 2-3 sq feet area. Then QUICKLY take a mf towels or applicator to spread the wax that is on the painted surface more evenly. Dont worry about spreading the wax evenly with your hands. Then let it sit for about 10-20 seconds then buff off.

In your Menzerna Regmine you can add the Zymol EG after the FPII if you want. If you want the sealant durability underneath then I would skip the FTG. So IP->FPII->FMJ->Zymol EG. The FTG is just a "glaze" to enhance looks. Zymol EG have a look of their own that you would want to have seperately. Hope this helps.

I already posted about the HD Cleanse in your thread. I like the product but would only use right before putting on a Zymol EG. It helps ensures all polishing oils have been removed and anything else chemically that polishing left or did not pick up. This will help the Zymol EG you are using bond better.

Believe it. That wax kicks butt!!!!!

Again, I am awed by that result. Wait until you see the range possibilities (which you probably have observed already!)!

Edit: That polish combination seems to have worked very well. I know you have not yet done this, but I would not encourage you to put a sealant anywhere near Ital. You can try it of course to see if you have results.

Second edit: I see you used a light glaze right before the Ital. Very good. Its ok as long as it is very light and nowhere near the "thickness" or finish characteristics of a sealant. Just a hint of gloss and a light film and polish neutralizer works nicely. I like Sonus' Acrylic Glanz for these characteristics after the first polish, but I may need to sample some of your components!!!!

It is just the way that wax takes to fresh color...it is indescribeable. It has to be as close to the ripe paint as possible (at least that's what I've seen in my travels).

More....and more outside shots!!!!!
