Whats your favorite degreaser?

I like Purple Power or Greased Lightening. PP is only 6 bucks a gallon too.

PP works excellent on tires too by the way.

ZEP's Industrial Degreaser found at Home Depot.
1 gallon is 9.97 (makes 4 gallons for heavy cleaning)
5 gallons is 35.00 (makes 20 gallons for heaving cleaning)

I mix it 4:1 for heavy cleaning. Also really cuts brake dust at this ratio. 20:1 for interior panels and mats. I don't use it on carpets since it foams a lot. 20:1 is really good on bugs too. I use 1/2 cup per 3 gallons of water for an initial detailing wash to strip off dirt and waxes. I've used Purple Power, Simple Green, and so many others. This is the best deal I've found for the money.

I also noticed with Purple Power that it cuts through dirt, grime and grease way faster than any APC.

I am genuinely shocked that Purple Power is showing up so frequently on this list.

A couple years ago, I was at Advance Auto Parts and saw this stuff for $4.95 per gallon and thought I'd give it a try. After reading the label instructions, I put some in a spray bottle 50:50 with water and started using it for everything.

Now I have spray bottles of PP in my bathrooms, laundry room and garage! It works for laundry stains, polishing pads, microfibers and cleaning toilets. :D Great stuff.:D

I agree,

I was also shocked by the price, it was only 5.95 a gallon at Lowe's.

In fact, Lowes has a lot of good prices on auto care products.
