I detailed a super duty crew cab just like that one last year for a retired firefighter who was selling it. He used to tow a 5th wheel trailer and had just bought a motorhome.
The truck would not fit in my garage, so after washing and drying I parked in in my yard under my maple trees and went at it. It took me twelve hours (eight on day one, four on day two) to get it done. The owner had waxed it about three months before and used an entire can of Turtle Wax on it! The mouldings, bedrails, running boards, door handles and the area where the fiberglass fenders for the duallys meet the truck bed had imbeeded dried TW in them. It took 4 hours just to remove it all!
I commend you for getting it done in 6.5 hours under grueling heat! :spot
