Disappointed in Zaino ClearSeal Durability

I myself think the Zaino products are excellent, but I just can't figure out the CS...it seems to add nothing to Z2/Z5, it actually seems to make them less slick...so I can't figure out how to use it...if I want a quick way to spruce up Z2/Z5 I just use Z8. I suppose if I used CS as a standalone maybe it would make sense.

I'm not sure what Sal has in mind...maybe an exchange of product for a new bottle to elimiinate any possibility there is a product issue...maybe tips on process. I was just trying to help Mike out. :xyxthumbs



It took me a couple of tries to get my CS application down but it works well on my car. It is not as slick as Z8 in my experience but I am getting 4 months durability so far on my roof and it looks very good. It beads nicely when I wash it.

I agree. I personally like having an owner-operator company providing service. Things get done quickly and often favorably.



TigerMike, you out there buddy? Are you planning to call Sal today?
 
Thanks for the offers to help guys. After thinking about it, I gave my bottle of CS to a good friend (who isn't as big into car care), hoping he can put it to good use. Maybe he'll get better results, I'll try to keep up with him about it. I just don't think CS worked for me like I'd hoped, so I am just moving on...

Thanks, glad to help Mike but I'm a little disappointed you did not give Sal a chance to help you out. You may have had a product issue.
 
I do appreciate those trying to help. I just didn't feel like it was worth taking up Sal's time on when I had already thought about giving it away anyhow and knew I wouldn't likely be using it. The CS was a birthday gift to me in May, so it was no loss to pass it to a friend. After all, it's just a detailing product, and they come and they go, as we all know...
