AL i've decided to stay with DG if i use the PO85RD or BF i wouldn't know if the cars looks sharp due to the latter products or the DG. AL can you beleive the HTEC/OP with the yellow Pad looks to be LSP ready, both products are finishing up beautifuly..AL-53 said:Joe...Dg said any clean polished surface is fine and 601 is not really needed..but in another breath he said it will add to durability and gloss on first application...
Sometimes when I talk to them when I order I think either they have sniffed some fumes or got into the moonshine...lol...
Like Bill will say one thing..and Jerry will tell me the same but add to it..or say no..try it this way...LOL...

My car had some deep scratche's couldd of been from winter QDing also beleive it or not a month ago i took the car to the neighborhood hand wash totaly destroyed the paint it was so bad i almost had a heart attack. When i went back to show'em they apologized and offered a free wash. No ThanksAL-53 said:Joe..I tried the HTEC/3M PI 3 machine glaze mix..and it did finish out nice..like you said..LSP ready...I used a Edge green pad also...and worked great...I spread it at 900rpm...and then boosted it to around 1500..made a few passes and it started clearing...wiped off and had a great finish...no hazing..no halos..

You know im gonna end up following up with a polish anyway ,so why not just use the PO85RD with the Green Edge Pad ?The use the #601/105..wannafbody said:I used a rotary with OHC and an Edge yellow and got some hazing-a slightly milder combo might be close to LSP ready but following up with a milder pad should give a bit more gloss and clarity. I followed it up with ZPC and a green Edge pad and it looked LSP ready. The edge green is a very versatile pad.
