Thanks for all the input. I've found plenty of cheap and fine utility type MF towels where lack of ultimate plushness or some linting is acceptable. It's the crucial paint surface polishing ones I'm searching for--the CMA MTs a few months back would have been great (in terms of plushness) if it wasn't for their crazy linting.



Waxman: when you mention the Turtle Wax plush ones, are these ones you'd feel comfortable with not micro-scratching your paint?



It seems that YoSteve is having some temporary problems according to his site.
 
your talking about with the plushness and your paint.....i have 3 miracle towels that got delivered from cma about 4 days ago....i was shocked they still said mriacle towel on the labels...i thought for sure it would be magic towels ..but anyway....between the miracle/magic from cma...and the green/white ones from neatitems.com....its close....ive used both on my paint with Z6 etc...and havent seen a big difference between the 2....but i have to admit...that something somehow in my brain makes me think that the miracle/magic ones are the best.....



no logic....just something.....

Martin - envirowipe seems expensive. It's one of the few towels that I haven't tried yet so they may be worth it.



jermar - I do have some of the euroshine towels. They are nothing to write home about. Relatively thin in an 80/20 blend. Their wholesale pricing on the hhshopping site is certainly cheap enough though. They are cheaper than the wholesale from neatitems and you don't have to buy as much, but they are not nearly as good a towel.



Floni - I do think most people agree that the earlier MT are a little better than the neatitems towels, but most of the recent reviews seem to give the nod to the neatitems towels compared to the newer batches of MTs. (Except for the very postive reviews that have been posted for YoSteve's towels.)



Seymour - I don't think the Turtle Wax mf towels are good enough for my painted surfaces.
 
to thank you Prinz...i'm pretty sure that is was one of your replies a while ago that got me turned onto the neatitems site....thx buddy....i agree....the miracle towels i have are very aesome....i'm not usre about ordering anymore because of exactly what you said.....the newer magic ones seem to be making people unhappy....with linting and etc....i have enough for now...so i'll wait and see what happens with the magic ones or ill just keep on with neatitems....thx again....
 
Magic Towels aren't giving problems because they do not sell them for the moment either.



I asked him straight and my distributor assured me that this problem would be solved. The only open part is time. I (we) don't have any finalized dates for shipment, etc.



These towels are well worth the wait, IMO.
 
My Euroshine towels are more than 2 years old (VERY durable labels on them!) They have probably changed suppliers since then and gone to the 70/30 blend. There are so many towels available now that it gets confusing. Then when you think you've figured everything out, the manufacturer screws up a batch or the distributor changes suppliers and you end up getting poor towels. I went ahead and ordered a wholesale order from Neatitems and have plenty of towels now to last me several years. Maybe I'll put them in my will.
 
ok i think i finally figured out what u r all saying with MF towels. i hope u guys can help me asnwer my questions here.



so i think most will agree that the Miracle Towel was the best somehow. But now CMA has changed it and its now called Magic towel instead of Miracle towel. Not only that, this new Magic towel has linting problems and just wasnt as good as the old Miracle towel. is this correct?



now there are other highly recommended ones like neatitems which some say is also good but probably not as good as Miracle or Magic towels for the paint. Yosteves MF towels are also in the same level or even with the Miracle/Magic towels but he is having trouble getting stock (according to his site), right?



also theres the Ultimate towel which is the exact same thing as Magic towel, just different name. so that will make it share its poor qualities also such as linting. so Ultimate towel is not as good as the Miracle towel? so is there no such thing as a Miracle towel now?



finally im hearing about the new baches of Magic towels and yosteves towels after people started complaining about the quality of the current MF towels. so should i just wait for the new stuff or is there not much of a difference than the current Magic and yosteve towels?



im looking for the best MF towel money has to reasonably offer right now for my paints QD puposes. so which one of all these will be the absolute best in everyones opinion?
 
Ng - Like I said, it gets confusing. My personal suggestion is to buy some Neatitems towels now and get on YoSteve's list for some of his towels. I think this will give you the best towels for your money and you can decide for yourself which ones you'll want to continue buying in the future.
 
well i just ordered five 15x15 whites and five 12x12 white MF towels from neatitmes.com. i like the fact that shipping is included with the prices.



im gona dependon these towels for now. but im still gona get yosteves towels or the CMA ones whichever gets them first. (or maybe get both)
 
Has anyone tried Pep Boys MF towels yet? They have two types, one for removing wax and polish and one for the glass.
 
In Vancouver, BC you can find some micro fibre towels at London Drugs right next to the J-cloth towels and sponges. Check it out.

hehe no prob. so far ive ordered 5 Ultimate towels from tacscar.com along with these neatitems. after yosteve gets some of his in, ill be getting 5 of those too. so at the end i can truely compare between all these towels form different places (and differnt times)... though ultimate is suppose to be the same as the magic/miracle...

im also about to get zaino products (z1,2,5,6) and use them for the first time. this along with Klasse AIO and SG, 303 protectant, 303 fabrik guard, Pinnacle cleansing lotion, Eimanns high it cleaner or whatever its called, a two sided detail brush, micfrofiber wash mits, and some other little things i cant think of at the moment. ALL ordered from mostly CMA and all coming to me soon. all will be tested over time and i wil definintly share my thoughts:D

im already a huge Meguairs fan so i can also compare it to all most of the Meguiars line up.

Are you happy with your Nicsands? I've been using them and have been pleased. I saw the 'rub the CD test' that was done. Tried it with the Nicsand and didn't get scratches ( tested the cd with a napkin to make sure it would scratch).

I have had no problems with the Nicsand. I to do the CD test with all and none have scratched. The Nicsand are not as plush as others but is it possible to have too many MT's?
