dashboard protection

I personally like the Meguiar's Natural Shine protectant...I haven't found anything else that will work to clean and just leave a LIGHT gloss (you know, one that's more of a semi-gloss than a high gloss) because I don't like being blinded with sun reflection off of the dash.

As for not using anything on the dash, I use a little product to basically help pick up the dust that's sitting on the dash and clean it off. I primarily use the Meg's stuff because it's what I can pick up locally, and the Ultima & 303 aren't readily available, except maybe through a PBE/Auto Body repair shop that I know of.

Personally, the best I've found yet has been the Poorboy's Natural Look dressing. I have yet to try OP+ but will have to try it next after I run out of PB NL.

Tried OP+ once.....made the whole car smell like ***. Dash looked like I didn't do anything. Guess I'm not a fan of matte look.

Used vinylex previously. Did it on my gf car and her friend commented to her asking if she bought a new car.

Currenly using and will probably stick with Satin Prot. Just enough satin like gloss to tell you that you did something to it. Easy to clean if u get some on the windows.

I use Adam's VRT on my dash. That and his metal polishes are my favorite products in his line. It's a matte look, but I can tell that there is somehing there. As for the windsheild, I use Adam's QD to clean the inside. The QD just wipes right off the dash, should any land there.

This is very true. Much has to do with where the car is stored and in what part of the world. Anyways I recommend 303. It will not be glossy unless you apply it incorrectly. The correct way is to wipe it on wet, and then go back with a dry towel and wipe it dry.

I cut the 303 with distilled water......50/50 .....it will give more of a matte finish.............
