- 3m rubbing compound with Rotary

- New turtle wax ultra gloss wax

- Armoral Extreme Tire shine

- 17$ blingin Walmart hubcaps :)

Right before i bought it...

Bling Bling! Haha

TurtleWax:nono

Also, going from a rubbing compound with a rotary to a wax (turtlewax none the less) is not a good idea. I would clay it and use a good cleaner or polish and follow it up with a good sealent or caranuba wax.

Are you parked on the sidewalk....lol

haha...try out the new turtle wax...totally different formula! I think its some of the best off the shelf wax i have ever used! Definity comparable to NXT for shine and ease of use. Still seeing on durability. At 7$ a bottle you cant go wrong with it anymore...great stuff.. Dont let the old stuff sway you away from the new :)

Also the 3M rubbing compound is very fine cutting...It cuts so fine that there is no need to really do all those extra steps after that besides put some wax on it.

whoa, definite transformation! nice job! two words: bling bling! :D

and i think someone mentioned it's not the product but the process that matters. ;)

Looking at the pic it definitely looks like a HUGE transformation, no doubt about that, but pics can be decieving that's why I was being skeptical about the turtle wax.

Also, I was unaware that the rubbing compund was so fine cutting. I've only ever used it by hand and it takes paint off with ease.

It's good to see some OTC products are getting better, NXT seeming the best bet. It's nice having the products readily available and saving on shipping to boot!

Again, bling bling!

Some rubbing compound is very harsh! The 3M stuff is really nice. It wont remove paint and doesnt leave any noticable scratches when used by hand or machine. I really like the stuff alot. You can get some for about 6$ at walmart.

I guess soo...let me tell you...Chicks dig corolla's!!! WEE WEE.. I just got done detailing the engine and interior..Pics will be up tomorrow probably.

wow! i have a corolla the same year... wel it's my dad and it was my first car where I did the detail. Very nice job! Those caps are just toooo...... meeeeeeh lol.

haha..well i didnt have many cheap choices at walmart. There were some racey looking ones and then these. I kinda like these, especially for 17$ :)

Great recovery, now turn it around, sell for a profit and upgrade to a beter vehicle.

Do that a few times and you can afford a BMW 3xx with < 32K miles

I have too many vehicles now. This, a 94 celica and a 93 3000GT... Trying to sell the corolla and 3000GT now. Im going to keep the celica. I want to buy a MR2 turbo. I really like toyota's :)

Good job. That's the best way to test any of the quality detailing products. I'm sure vehicles that are a few years old SHOULD look awesome. Testing products on older vehicles or neglected should tell the honest truth.
