Chemicalguys products reviews

You can pretty much get close to every possible car-care product from Chemical Guy's, and you get them in bulk and for cheaper, so the savings are also a point to consider. So far, I've only seen positive reviews of their stuff too.

this is my advice to all of you: don't be stupid, buy good and cheap products from CG, just because they don't have "xpto" labels doesn't mean their products aren't good, just remember CG sell to almost all detailing company ;)

LASER BUFF is a good 1 step compound, polish and protect in one step

SSR 2.5 would be more like the medium compound

lazer buff contains protection ssr2.5 doesnt

you dont have to wax after lazer buff

lazer buff is kinda like a strong cleaner wax

it may be the same base product without the silicones and waxes

you're right, let's not start which product are the same, i think anyone who has eyes can see thing as they are ;)

big props to chemicalguys

As for replacing Natty's with Butter Wet Wax, I say this.........I'd replace Natty's with XXX hardcore paste wax. However, when it comes to Natty's blue, that's a different story. I wouldn't replace natty's blue with anything! Natty's blue on dark paints is simply stunning! As for butter Wet Wax........I just love that stuff on my black tacoma. Great gloss, depth & crisp reflections. Butter Wet Wax is my favorite liquid wax. Easy to use......Easy on- Easy off.....Great results. Extreme Top Coat is very similar to EX w/ carnauba. ( both great sealants for dark colors ) It can be used in the sun. ( which I never do ) Spreads well.......applies thin......wipes off with ease. Expect about 3 months of durability. For a truely awesome CG experience.........use the revive glaze/extreme top coat/butter wet wax combo on dark colored paints. Mouth watering looks!! As for the CG QD lineup......... I use them all. great QD's. No streaking.High lubricity. Sorta kinda Spray & Gloss like. Even though I'm a CG junkie, I still prefer crystal mist & quickshine as my qd's of choice. Crystal Mist over Natty's Blue,Souveran,Trade Secret etc. is insanely deep & wet. V.R.T. dressing is teriffic when used for interiors. Nice satin finish. Good protection. Long lasting. It's my go to dressing. However, I don't recommend using it on exterior moldings or tires. I used it on the rails of my bedliner & it ran down the side of my truck during a rain storm. Extreme clear liquid tire shine is a great tire dressing. Longest lasting dressing I've used on tires yet. The green apple odor remover is another teriffic CG product. I use it around the house when my boy kitty spray's a little "liquid love" outside the cat box. That stuff just works! Another product I've come to like is the InstaWax. It is NOT the same product as Optimum Car Wax, but it is very similar. It applies like a QD......great booster wax. Another nice CG product is the Maxi Suds car wash. Doesn't remove your lsp.......cleans well, rinses clean & leaves a nice gloss.

I've only had a chance to use the following:

25 x 16 MF towel's = Not the best but very good & good value.

Butter wet wax : Outstanding product on all color's IMO.

Synthetic detail spray : Very nice , but not overly exceptional.

Spray QD/waterless wash w1x carnuba : Another outstanding product IMO !!

Sorry for the short responses , but all I had time for ....lol

More to come.....

I always call Paul, but since you are in Asia that would not be a good idea.

Would you use EXTREME TOP-COAT PAINT SEALANT+ 3X CARNAUBA in addition to wax or is this all you need? Was thinking of applying EXTREME TOP-COAT PAINT SEALANT+ 3X CARNAUBA and then a Carnuba Wax overtop.

on their website it says this about EXTREME TOP-COAT PAINT SEALANT+ 3X CARNAUBA

the final top-coat that goes over new cars, used cars, waxed or glazed surfaces or recently clayed surfaces to lock in the shine and protect against contamination, UV Rays and oxidation.

i have used it after gepc and it looks great

I've been using CG's PRO-DETAILER+1XCarnauba -Quick Detail Spray & Waterless Carwash for about a month now and love it.

I've tried it as is right from the bottle, dilited 2:1, and diluted 1:1, and all work quite well.

I'm personally sticking to 2:1 and using it for darn near everything!

Waterless Wash

Glass Cleaner

Wiping down interior trim and dash

Wiping down mag rims

I'm even using it to dust my computer and furniture at home! :)

In the sun, in the shade, it just seems like there is no end to how awesome this stuff is! :bigups

CG's has done a great job of impressing me with 1 product, and I'll most certainly be trying some of their others soon!

can i use extreme top-coat paint sealant instead of fourstar UPP and have similar or better results?

so PRO-DETAILER+1XCarnauba is better than extreme detailer?

corsa:

I've been topping the Extreme Top Coat Sealant with Butter Wet Wax, Natty's Blue,Souveran etc. with great results. You can use the Top Coat Sealant as a stand alone LSP as well. It's up to you. I love the Pro Detailer QD. Smells like bubble gum!

Would you say that this product compares to Spray and Wipe??? I am almost out of S and W and am looking for a replacement.
