From the articles of his I have read in Professional Car Washing and Detailing, he seems to be more focused on the business and marketing areas of running a detailing business. I'm pretty much getting what he knows for free right now.

When it comes to automobile detailing, Bud Abraham is an icon in the industry. Of course there will be people who base their opinions on things that they read on message boards and things that do not come from their own personal experience, but let me be the first one to tell you that Mr. Abraham was leading this industry long before many of these people were born. Yes, he has been involved in the detailing industry for more than three decades.
From my own personal experience, I have found Mr. Abraham is always ready and willing to share his knowledge and experience. He's the kind of person that you can count on when you need advice about the business of detailing. .
