new beer in today...more goose island to come once the truck gets here-the bourbon country, I'm not even sure if it's actually for sale yet thanks to TABC- it showed up and walked in the door, guess it had a key ;)

and another early birthday present to myself, Julius Echter Hefe-Weiss, IMO the best hefeweissen you can get in a bottle

that oak jacked pumpkin was 117 a case! yikes

pbj (raspberry jelly) vodka in far right corner, GROSS!

The sisters! (Matilda and Lolita), I had my first sour last week, a Cantillon. Pretty pricey for a small bottle.

Beers I want to try: Zombie Dust or Surly Abrasive or Bourbon County Proprietor.

Beers I want to try again: Heady Topper

This one was from this weekend. Had two of them. Really good for 10%

This has been my favorite lately. Just had a couple last night.

And this one is really good but still a little tough to find. KCCO!

Estamint and Wild Blue for me

Wild Blue is pretty tasty. I can only drink one usually though since I'm not big on sweets. Other notable flavored beers I would say Abita Purple Haze, Shock Top Honey Crisp Apple, Pyramid Apricot Ale, Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat, Sea Dog Blueberry Ale and then there is my local Hangar 24 varieties.

in leiu of having off the 20th till jan 2nd this year, made my beer run this morning. case of busch bottles. and as a upgrade for the holiday, SESSIONS LAGER. comes in bottles also. had a good review over at beer advocate. total damage was $51.

From last night. Pretty tasty but a little too sweet. 7.8% in a 22oz bottle. Cost is $7 a bottle. Might be worth it if it were more like $5 per bottle but worth a try if you are in a fruity beer mood.

I don't think I would admit to that

Me, I went for something different this time. Found a store that had Labatt Blue, it's not bad, it's really like Bud Light, but not advertised as light though. At $7.19 a 6-pack, don't think I'm gonna specifically go for it next time around. I think for New Years I'm gonna stick with my PBR and Coors Original.

hand delivery of first batch bottled beer from local brewery. literally we are the only people who have this, period. small business has to support small business, right

the marketing is super easy "hey, do you want to be the first person to ever purchase this beer in a bottle?" already sold one case (out of two) and haven't even moved it to the cooler yet- awesome

i was curious so did a search......

BUD LIGHT IS CURRENTLY AMERICAS TOP SELLING BEER. OUTSELLING COORS AND BUDWEISER COMBINED.

I prefer ales or german style beers. The one beer that I did not like was Bud Light Platinum. It has that malt liquor taste or something. I just cannot describe the finish.

Yeah that stuff is terrible. I agree on the malt liquor taste which to me has sort of a fuel taste.
