Beer

A lot of you guys drink unique beers. LOL

I'm a simple guy, I prefer Pabst Blue Ribbon...in a can. I do like Corona, Sol, Red Stripe and I'll drink a Stella when I'm feeling 'fancy'. Otherwise, gimme a PBR and I'm happy.

Just like waxes and sealants...people have different tastes.

Had the Coffee Stout with my lunch today. Holy wow was that good. Definitely going to buy a couple next time I go back to that store. Going to have the Iron Maiden one tonight. I used to be a big Maiden fan so there was no way I could pass that up.

After seeing the price of beer these days, one bottle of craft beer will pay for a lot of washing with a premium priced soap and using a foam cannon. Wine is another story.

I've been into Shock Top apple wheat ale of late. Availability is sometimes limited but its excellent. Touch of apple, but still tastes like beer.

After drinking enough red plastic cups of Meisterbrau out of kegs in college to keep an elephant drunk for a decade, I have come to appreciate much smaller quantities of good craft beer now.

I didn't care for it either. Taste was okay, nothing special but the aftertaste wasn't exactly pleasant. I had to try it and now I know I can live without it.

I found my new favorite beer! This beer is awesome for those who don't really like the hoppy beer taste of beer. I always enjoy drinking but beer never really tasted that good to me. Its more of which one can I tolerate to chug at the slowest rate.... Shiner was good for a while, but they are messing up in quality. This beer not only taste great, but at 8% alcohol it gets the job done. So holding this beer in your hand and walking around will make you feel as there is a blueberry muffin in your hand. Fresh and pleasing. Taste it and you get blueberry. Then at the end a small hint of that normal beer taste you get. It was like I was getting drunk eating a blueberry muffin, seriously.

I will say though that my good friend and drinking buddy did not care for it. He wants his beer to taste like beer. He said it did taste good, he would just rather drink something like Little Sumethin Ale beer.

Again, at $13.75/30 pack, I am finding the coors extra gold not that bad at all. Good lager for the price. Even the beeradvocate gave it a better rating than some.

Man that's pretty cheap. back when I was around the legal age to drink(:D) my friends and I would go in on some Keystone Light at $15/ 30 pack. Of course we bought more than one. Man, now days I look back and ask how the heck did we drink so much.

@mnehls86, yes I do agree with that some what. I think the most I could drink of that in one night is 3, which works out perfect since I always split the pack with my friend.

Dang! I need to stock up on that when I'm in PA in July. It's about $12.99 just for an 18 of the same thing here!

Received this in the mail today, free gift from a former trader. 1st time trying these, real happy.

Also my new stout glasses from Spiegelau came in today.
