One could possibly make the argument the the initial purchased product had inherited defects and should have warranty extensions "IF" the replacement(s) have resolved the defect(s). This is not implied and must be "in writing" stating such extension(s).
You're probably correct as most warranties work this way, but this is a question better answered by David or Lynn rather than assuming something.
