Autozone has gone crazy !

I just wanted to see if anyone has had this type of good deals. I was at the local autozone and noticed the clearance table. they had everything from Eagle 1 bucketless car soap, california dusters, platinum wax by turtle wax, tr3 resin glaze, and mothers 3 step stage 1 - 3. well most of them were marked down as low as 2.25 for the car wash soap - 5 bucks for the mothers products. Well i decide to get the car soap and the mothers 3 - stage still a decent deal @ 50% below msrp. the guy rings it up and each thing was only 1 cent, lol. So then i go back and by all the tr3, mothers, and eagle one products all for less than a dollar. i had like 4 bags full of car care products, lol. Just wanted to share that lovely story with you guys someone messed up at marking these items down however it may have happened at your local autozone so check it out, lol. I even asked the cashier if this was a mistake and he said the computer doesn't lie, lol.
 
I just bought everything they had for 50.00



15 bottles of Black Magic tire gel and tons of other things!!!!

But TWO of you guys have reported the same thing! Justin, you're from GA. Where is the OP from? I wonder if my local autozone is making the same mistake. If so, I'm gonna hop in my car and clear em out ASAP!
 
Wait i thought he said he spent $50 for everything on that table, when the guy rang me up each item was for 1 penny a piece so 1 dollar got me 100 items, lol but i didn't want all the items on that table. Definitely check it out. they had a lot of that teflon brand wax, which i didn't get i heard it was garbage they also had turtle wax platinum paste wax I also opted not to get. i did however buy all their mothers and eagle one products, and one bottle of tr3 resin glaze ( never heard of it the bottle looked old school like liquid glass so i was like oh well whats a penny?, lol. I'll try it on the Gf's car, lol
 
whoops they has like 10 cans of them one for a penny all 10 of them for a dime, oh well i'm sure the cashier has alerted the manager of this issue and the items will ring up on for their discounted price that wax was on sale for 3.50 a can. It rang up for a penny so the cashier didn't say anything even though the advertised mark down was totally diff, lol do you know anything about the tr3 resin glaze?
 
Great finds guys, I wouldn't count on the cashier saying anything though. What the computer says that's what they'll ring it up as. Same thing happened to me back in 2005 when it was reported that Autozone was clearing out Meguiar's #26 paste and Stoner's Trim Shine for 99 cents.



Cleaned them out at a couple of stores and the cashiers didn't even know about it. One employee asked me when he saw the price if there was any left. Nope, sorry I cleaned you out. I wonder if this is chain wide?
 
I'm also wondering whether this is the same for all Autozones. If they are putting stuff on clearance, I have a feeling is was just an isolated incident for this particular store. Eh.. If I have the time today, I'll go take a look.
 
Stuff on sale at mine but only car wash chemicals were a couple of bottles of f21 polish or whatever it is called.
 
Tried to post a thread about this but something wasn't working right. I went out today and was in Advance Auto Parts. I noticed they had a section of clearance stuff at 75%. I picked up the Armor All Wax as you dry 20oz bottles for 49 cents each (got 7). Never used it before but am a sucker for a deal. I checked another store and they had clearance stuff but no chemicals left.



Other items I noticed at the first store, hopefully I remember the names correctly

AA Wash Gel (in same blue bottle like the wax as you dry)

Black magic tire gel

Eagle One Bucketless Wash

Bug Gone (not sure who makes it 16oz trigger)

Rain X Bug shield aerosal.

Dupont carpet cleaner trigger

Dupont wheel cleaner trigger

Nice finds. Looks like I am checking out AZ or Advanced tomorrow :)
 
I just went and checked out the AZ here and they had all the same products mentioned above but I had to buy a roll of shop towels for $1.99 and some hand cleaner for $1.00 then I could pick two things off the clearance table for free.
 
I work at ADVANCE AUTO PARTS and we are having a killer deal.



We have a whole table full of clearance items. NoTouch for like $1.50 a can, great for the wheel wells. EO Bucketless wash real cheap, BM tire gel real cheap. $1.95 for ArmorAll wash.



Great deals to boot!
