Autozone has gone crazy !

after leaving a buddies house tonight, i stopped by my local autozone. i noticed they had the EO bucketless wash on the shelf for full price, and i took one up to the register and asked kindly for them to scan it. sure enough, he says with a smile... it's a penny. i went and grabbed all four they had on the shelf :D ! these work great for cleaning tires, rims, and wheel wells...

I have actually been using this prduct to wash my car, is it bad for washing cars? I like becasue it gets really soapy and i use a regular bucket of water to ring out the dirty mf washing mit? My experience with this soap has been pretty good, what is you take on it?
 
I went to my local AZ and they didn't have any of these products on sale or even have a clearance table. It must me a local thing.

i prefer to use the bucket(s) with grit guard when washing. the one thing i like about this product is, you just spray it on the tire or wheel wells and then clean with your brush/sponge, done...

all looked normal at my store but the EO buckless was .01!

none of the glass cleaner left huh? How many bottles of the NXT soap did you pick up? I was only able to get 2. That should last me long enough though.
 
I went to three different AZ's in Sacramento and none of them had any kind of clearance tables at all........:( Guess I will get my ski mask out and make my own specials!! LOL!!

Seriously...I checked two AZ's with no luck. I mean its not like I need more stuff. I just can't pass up a deal :woot2:
 
I ended up with 7 bottles of the NXT carwash and 2 of the glass cleaner. The lady at the register looked at me like I was cheating the system and said something about telling a manager lol. Thanks for posting these deals guys.
 
Man, I don't know what it is with South FL, everytime everyone on here is posting about all the sales or specials at Target, Kmart, Autozone, Big Lots etc, my stores never have the sale or products mentioned, *** lol, all my Big Lots ever has is some crap Long Haul stuff.



I went to Autozone, and they only had a few things for sale, but nothing rang up for .01 cents lol.
 
Surfer, I know what you mean. And none of those $47.60 PC 7336 deals from Lowes either. Look on the bright side, at least we have hurricanes, high property taxes and high insurance rates. Whoopee.
 
the eagle one rang up as a penny at my autozone but the manager refused to sell it to me at that price. i didn't put up a fight or anything but he got really annoyed when i asked him to price check a few other items and eventually asked me to leave cuz i stood around looking at the air fresheners for like 20 minutes trying to find a scent that i like. :rolleyes: weird because i was being super polite too; the girl who worked there even apologized to me saying that she didnt' understand why i was being treated that way. grrrrrrr

I hit 2 more AutoZones around me and in particular I was looking for the EO Bucketless wash, but no luck. One had a clearance table, but everything seemed to be junk. They had some Blue Coral wheel cleaner for "$4.99". I didn't even bother to have them scan it to see if it was a penny because I would probably never use it anyway.

I am actually located in Tampa and I found this deal here in the Brandon Autozone so I'm sure there has to be other Autozones in the South FL area with the same deal because their current shelf no longer carried any mothers 3 step, which i found on their clearance table for 1 penny a piece, so maybe it is localized to FL autozones?
 
I can't believe you lucky bastards getting the NXT wash at Kmart! I've gone to three Kmarts in Omaha & none of them even carry NXT wash...come to think of it I have yet to find any store in Omaha that carries NXT wash.



I'll have to check out the Autozone & Advanced Auto stores for some more deals.
 
I scored today, 4 Eagle one bucketless car washes, 5 of the rain x bug shield aerosol cans, very handy here in southern Louisiana, tons of lovebugs. Also, two 32oz dupont teflon wheel cleaners, one teflon wax spray, the wax spray i will give to my neighbor. The manager was totally pissed, he said in a real ugly tone not to worry about the twelve cents, with a disgusted look on his face like i was stealing or something.
