Autopia Connect!

I glad I got the MF deal instead of the Pinnacle wax. While I LOVE the pinnacle souveran liquid I am just not into paste waxes. Im sure its an AWESOME wax

So my first connect order got messed up and they forgot to include the XMT products and the pads with my flex kit, and in true (IMO over the top) customer service fashion Autopia came to the rescue.
They send my pads and products out the next day with a "TINY" free gift for my "inconvenience". Im thinking to myself they prolly sent me a small 8oz product of some sort COOL!!!

Well the order info hit my account on Autopia today... they (Ray) is sending a FLEX swirl finder light!! Are you kidding me RAY????? It wasnt that big of an inconvenience! THANK YOU TO AUTOPIA AND RAY. I used to think that the AG guys/gals took care of their customers. Geesh

Lol No problem! It's actually an "open box" swirl finder light so we couldn't sell it as new, but I figured it was a perfect fit since you were ordering correction supplies. And the missing items were part of a little glitch we found with the new Connect Deals and Specials page, we're still ironing out the bugs with this new system. But it's fixed now. Enjoy your new Flex(s)!
 
Used or New I dont care! Its the thought that counts. I am very grateful to receive something at all. Heck an extra pad woulda made me just as happy.

I will have to do some more reviews on my new stuff so I can get more points towards more STUFF. This is starting to look like a big circle!

Ha! Tell me which pad you'd like and you'll have it and be happy, I'll take the light and then I'll be happy. It's a win, win. :)
 
just joined connect! a little confused though, it sent me a personal coupon code for 10% off. is that the coupon i use every time i order for the 10% off members discount? or is that just a "thank you, heres 10% off coupon"?

You use it every time. I'm not sure why they aren't currently able to simply connect the membership to your login info and make it automatic. I emailed them to ask, we'll see what they say.

Placed 2 orders this weekend one on the work credit card for our work trucks and my brother/partners benz and one on the personal credit card for my personal stash. I got to get control of my self 1 more order for Christmas then I have to wait till spring.

I get several emails from others companies with their sales promotions Ray and Autopia have beaten them hands down.I am worried about Sema sales and Xmas coming up so I really have to built up my coffer :)

Yep, that's just a personal coupon code if you can't find any others to use. You'll always get the Connect 10% off, but if you don't have any other coupon code, use the 10% off one to save more.

We originally planned for this to be automatic but found a few security bugs in the system so we're doing everything manually at the moment. In the future, we still plan on making everything automated. I think there are benefits to handling every order personally too.

Vega just fyi, the mobile site does not let you request the desktop site... and you can not get to the buttons for whats new... at least not that i'm seeing in multiple browsers.
