I am having a real issue with all the discounts. As a member you are suppose to get 20% off, plus Free shipping.
Autopia is advertising today a sale of 20% to all members. But when it come to a purchase that I made, I am not getting the whole 40% off, just 30% off.
Why??

The connect deal is 10% off and free 3day shipping. The 10% code you got in an email is for when there is no other special promotions going on. So you get that other 10% or the 20% in the current promotion + the 10% connect deal.

I did a purchased with 20% sale and did not get extra auto-connect 10% . Did get free shipping, emailed customer service today and waiting for their answer...

You should have gotten the extra 10% off. PM me your order number if CS hasn't already taken care of it.
